I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and had a lovely balcony with a great view of the river. However, the noise from the nearby lift was a bit bothersome at times. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very accommodating and providing all the information I needed about the town's activities and transportation options. The location was perfect, right in the center of town overlooking the river and castle. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a wonderful variety of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor noise issues in the room.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, right in the heart of town and close to many attractions, but the dining options were limited. The rooms were spacious but noisy due to the proximity to the lift. The service started off a bit cold but improved, and the facilities were adequate.

During my Europe trip in June 2013, the hotel provided really large rooms with a couch and table and chairs that were comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. However, the stoic restaurant atmosphere was a downside.
